You may first pay attention to the purchase price of the equipment, but if you think deeper, you will find that our products can save more costs during use. Therefore, our pricing is very cost-effective.
In terms of the service life of the equipment, we gave priority to durability. Our products adopt core components such as commercial-grade motors, wear-resistant transmission systems and reinforced frames. These resilient designs extend the overall service life of the equipment by 2-3 years compared to ordinary brands. In the long run, you don’t need to frequently invest money to replace new equipment.
Further, our equipment is more worry-free in daily maintenance. To address the common “odor” issue in commercial scenarios, we have specially used “antibacterial and odor-resistant materials” to wrap the moving parts and designed a “protective cover” that is easy to disassemble and clean. These designs markedly reduce the downtime for cleaning or maintenance caused by odors and dirt accumulation. Ordinary equipment may take 1-2 days to deal with odors every 1-2 months, while our equipment only needs a simple cleaning once every half a year.
Let’s make a comparison of the total cost. If the initial purchase price, equipment replacement cost, as well as the human and time costs for maintenance are all added up, with a calculation period of 5 years, our total cost of ownership (TCO) of equipment is 8% to 15% lower than that of those brands with lower initial prices. In the long run, choosing our equipment will actually be more cost-effective.
No problem. Please rest assured. We can fully flexibly arrange the delivery rhythm according to your opening plan. Our primary goal is to ensure that your operation progress is not affected in any way. In this way, you can focus on other important matters related to the opening.
Let’s first take a look at the type of product you have chosen. If you choose the regular model, our European warehouse has sufficient inventory and can ship directly. Within 48 hours after you confirm your order and make the payment, we will complete the order review and outbound inspection, and ship the goods immediately. The logistics time depends on your location. Usually, it can be delivered within one week within Europe. For other regions, we will communicate with you in advance to confirm the delivery time, allowing you to clearly understand the arrival date of the equipment.
Secondly, if your venue decoration or preparation work has clear project milestones, such as completing the hard decoration first and then installing the equipment in different areas, we can also provide you with a considerate service of “batch delivery”. You only need to provide us with the delivery time nodes for each batch of equipment in advance. For example, the first batch should be delivered one month before the opening so that we can install and debug the equipment. We will strictly adhere to your schedule to ensure the punctuality of delivery. The second batch of equipment will be delivered one week after the opening to replenish the spare equipment. We will strictly prepare and ship the goods in batches according to the rhythm you require. This way, we can not only avoid the warehouse pressure caused by the early delivery of equipment, but also prevent the late delivery from affecting your opening. Throughout the entire process, we have a dedicated contact person to synchronize the order status with you in real time, allowing you to keep track of the equipment’s inventory preparation, delivery and transportation at any time, thus completely eliminating any concerns you have about the delivery time.
To ensure that the equipment better aligns with your brand image and venue style, we offer a rich and flexible customization service to help you easily create a unique visual style for the equipment. Namely, it can be divided into two major categories: basic customization and detailed customization. In terms of basic customization, the most popular one is brand Logo customization – you can print your brand Logo, venue name and other elements on prominent positions such as the control console panel and the side of the rack of the equipment through silk-screen printing, laser engraving and other processes. The size and color of the logo can also be adjusted according to your brand VI manual to ensure visual consistency. Further, there is color customization. Besides the basic colors of the main body of the equipment (such as black and white), we also offer a variety of decorative rings, handle covers and other accessories in different colors. For instance, if your venue is mainly blue, you can choose a blue decorative ring to match the black main body, making the equipment more harmonious with the venue environment. In terms of detail customization, we can also adjust the material of some components according to your needs (such as choosing a more anti-slip handle material) or functional labels (such as changing the English operation prompts on the device to Chinese).
Regarding the minimum order quantities for different customization options, due to the different product types (such as the production processes of treadmills and elliptical machines being different), the minimum order quantity requirements may vary. However, you don’t need to worry about communication difficulties at all – your dedicated consultant will, after understanding your customization needs, provide detailed information on the minimum order quantity, customization cycle, and additional costs for each product. We will also provide optimization suggestions based on the size of your order (such as how to choose a more cost-effective customized combination for small-batch orders), ensuring that you make your choice with all the information clear.
For the counterweight accuracy of all core model products, we have set extremely strict control standards – the error range is stably controlled within ±3%, and this standard runs through every link from production to delivery, by no means simply “meeting the standards is enough”. In the production process, we use high-precision weighing equipment to weigh each set of counterweights individually. For instance, a counterweight marked as 10kg will have its actual weight controlled between 9.7kg and 10.3kg. Once a counterweight is found to exceed this range, it will be directly returned for reprocessing and will not proceed to the next process. Meanwhile, during the assembly stage of the counterweight blocks, technicians will once again use calibrated tools to recheck the overall counterweight accuracy to avoid accuracy errors caused by assembly deviations (such as the offset of the counterweight block installation position affecting the actual load-bearing feel).
In addition to the control during the production process, for each batch of core model products, 10% to 15% of the samples are taken for dynamic testing before leaving the factory. By simulating the actual counterweight adjustment scenarios of users, the precision stability under different counterweight positions is repeatedly tested to ensure that the counterweight accuracy of the equipment can still be maintained within the ±3% standard during long-term use, and there will be no problem of reduced precision due to component wear. This precision standard not only meets the sports needs of ordinary users, but also ensures the accuracy of training data for professional fitness enthusiasts (such as athletes who need to precisely control training loads), avoiding the impact on training effects due to inaccurate weight distribution.
Our core product series have all passed the three authoritative certifications of CE, EN957 and GS. These three certifications have strictly tested the safety and durability of the equipment from different dimensions, ensuring that the equipment can maintain stable performance even when facing extreme environmental tests (such as drops and salt spray corrosion). To begin, let’s look at the CE certification. This is a mandatory safety certification in the EU market. Our equipment complies with EU standards in terms of electrical safety (such as leakage protection), mechanical safety (such as protection of moving parts), and electromagnetic compatibility (such as avoiding interference with other electronic devices), ensuring that it can be legally sold and used in Europe and regions that recognize CE certification. Following that, there is the EN957 certification, which is a European standard specifically for fitness equipment. It covers details such as the structural strength, sports performance, and safety warning signs of the equipment. For instance, in the structural strength test, the equipment needs to withstand loads far exceeding daily use (such as a static pressure of 200kg on a treadmill) to ensure that there will be no structural damage during long-term and frequent use. The last one is GS certification, which is the most stringent safety certification in Germany. Besides the basic safety inspections, it also conducts extreme environment tests on the equipment – such as drop tests (simulating the scenario of accidental drops during transportation or installation of the equipment) and salt spray tests (simulating the corrosive effect of a humid and salt-containing environment on the metal parts of the equipment). Only when all test items are passed can one obtain GS certification.
If you need to view the specific certification report (such as the certification number of each product and the details of the test items), you can contact our customer service team at any time. We will send you the electronic version of the report within one working day. If you need a paper report, we can also arrange for it to be mailed for you, allowing you to have a more comprehensive understanding of the compliance and safety of the products.
